Prediction - A Commercial Factory Will Be Operational In Space Within 10 Years

Prediction Date - 25 Oct 2024 / End Date - 25 Oct 2034

This prediction is "out there" in both space and time. (LOL 😝So many puns!)

Space Manufacturing is a real thing with real economic value. There are classes of materials and pharma drugs that are significantly easier to manufacture in micro-gravity or zero gravity environments.

My prediction is there there will be at least one manufacturing facility in Low Earth Orbit (LEO) or higher altitude that is run as a commercial enterprise.

Currently there are multiple companies trying to make it happen seriously

• Varda Space
• Space Forge
• Space Pharma

I am keenly following this area of space industry. It is going to be big and it is under the radar right now.
